Introduction
Emerald POS is a jewelry-focused Point of Sale system designed to simplify product handling, billing, and customer transactions. Our team was responsible for crafting the complete UI/UX and front-end interface tailored to meet the store’s premium brand identity.
Challenge
Designing for a domain with highly detailed product variations was a key challenge. We had to maintain a visually simple yet functionally rich interface. Ensuring that complex filters, quick actions, and real-time data displays felt natural and easy to use required multiple design reviews and usability tweaks.
Approach
We began by understanding the client’s specific needs, like handling items by weight, karat, and gemstone type. Based on this, we created intuitive wireframes and a clean design system. The front-end was developed with a focus on performance, responsive design, and smooth user flows for tasks like product selection, invoice previews, and stock insights.
